Services include contaminated structure demolition, plant decommissioning, UST/cesspool/septic tank removal, excavation, trenching, dewatering, debris removal, site restoration, and on-site water treatment to meet discharge requirements.

PCS has an extensive inventory of equipment, tanks, containers, and specialized vehicles that will fit your specific needs. Our fleet includes wet/dry king vacs, air movers (Guzzler), vacuum trucks, semi end-dumps, tractors, trailers, roll off trucks and trailers, various sizes of flatbed trucks, utility trucks, and crew cabs. Specialty equipment includes a 3-phase centrifuge, various sizes of carbon filter or sand filtering vessels, weir tanks, Frac tanks, double or single wall poly tanks, vacuum boxes, water-tight roll off bins, long arm (45’) excavator, loader, skid steer with brush cutter, chipper, hydro-jetters, and hydro-blasters.
Permitted Liquid Waste Facilities
Turnkey Liquid Waste Disposal
Since October 2021, our Kapolei Dewatering Facility has been permitted to provide turnkey non-hazardous industrial wastewater / liquid waste disposal services, including but not limited to construction dewatering, IDW waste, hydro excavating water, hydrotest water, wash water, drilling mud, cooling tower water and mud, etc. The facility’s four settling beds and two filter beds have capacity to handle over 50,000 gallons of water daily.
Starting from January 2025, our Kapolei Dewatering Facility becomes the first and only permitted facility in Hawaii to accept and process petroleum contaminated water for local disposal.
